Actively managing these projects, Atlantic’s team keeps budgets intact, schedules on track and tenants informed throughout the process. Typically ranging in value from $50K to $5MM, Atlantic team completes over 100 projects a year. Completing this variety and number of projects has allowed our seasoned construction management team to develop the necessary relationships with consultants and contractors to deliver outstanding results on every project. Atlantic’s team is equipped to manage all manner of projects and complexity, including those with special security, technical, medical or architectural requirements.
