Adam Schulman

Partner and Executive Vice President

Mr. Schulman has more than 21 years of experience in the real estate community. He has developed and rezoned millions of residential, commercial and retail square footage in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mr. Schulman is directly responsible for acquisitions, development, construction, and financing of all transactions at Atlantic Realty.

Mr. Schulman currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, The Northern Virginia Transportation Alliance, the Reston Soccer Association, and The Great Falls Athletic Association. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Northern Virginia chapter of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He has also served in a variety of capacities including President and member of the Board of Directors for numerous other charitable and professional organizations in the Washington, DC area.

Mr. Schulman holds a BA from The George Washington University and is a licensed CPA. He is a USSF and VYSA licensed coach and oversees a number of area soccer teams. He lives with his wife and four daughters in Great Falls, VA
